Students apply through the UW-Madison Study Abroad website, and are encouraged to contact study abroad advisors with questions about the programs or application process. Study abroad advisors for each program are listed in the ‘contact’ tab on each program page. Global Health advisors can also help students explore different options. We encourage planning 6-9 months in advance to ensure that you find the right program and do not miss any application deadlines. Students cannot apply to more than one program per term.

Important Note: students participating in the following programs/courses to meet their field experience requirement should consult their Global Health advisor about the course equivalency process to ensure the course is correctly counted in their DARS. For programs with many course options (e.g. DIS, CIEE, UW in Paris) students must take one of the approved courses listed to complete the field experience requirement.
